Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Salling Group is seeking a talented Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall processes and communication. 6. Provide regular reports to senior management on call center performance. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong project management and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software systems.
