Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Integrated Service Solutions is seeking a dedicated and confident Call Center Representative to join our remote team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. 5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. 7. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance metrics. 8. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English. 3. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Availability to work part-time hours with flexible shifts.
