Call Center Representative - Remote Work

North Media is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide information about products and services to customers. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member. 7. Stay current on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and make decisions strategically. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
