Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Falck, a leading emergency response and healthcare services provider, is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. This part-time Associate-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and escalate complex customer problems as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets related to call handling metrics, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.

Excellent people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers. 3. Strong critical thinking ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions quickly. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required. 5.
