Job Description:
Orsted, a leading renewable energy company, is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the chat support team, providing guidance and support to team members - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Resolve escalated customer issues and provide training to team members on handling difficult situations - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement improvements to the chat support system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Confidence and energy to lead a team and drive results - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to problem-solve in high-pressure environments - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
