Job Description:
Søstrene Grene is seeking a motivated and hardworking Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support metrics and provide regular reports to upper management - Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolution rates - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in chat support management - Demonstrated experience in project management and problem-solving - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in chat support tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and hardworking individual who strives for excellence - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
