Job Description:
We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Thrane & Thrane. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a remote work position based in København, Capital, DK, and is a part-time role with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communication. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of customer service. 6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and adaptable personality with a strong desire to help customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
