Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

COWI, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects, address any concerns, and offer solutions to problems - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and within budget - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in business development efforts - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and the ability to think strategically - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
