Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Milestone Systems, a leading company in the security and surveillance industry, is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with our sales team to grow our client base.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for client acquisition and retention - Conduct market research and gather insights to better understand client needs and preferences - Make informed decisions to optimize client relationships and drive business growth - Track and report on client satisfaction and retention metrics - Represent Milestone Systems at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent research and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth
