Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Lundbeck, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a remote work position based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, and is part-time with an associate level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of confidence and independence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on business performance, project updates, and new product offerings - Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to drive customer loyalty and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Confident and professional demeanor - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
