Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Hilton, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote work position where you will be engaging with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and creativity in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
