Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Specialist at Nordic Bioscience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service, while working remotely from Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 4. Provide product information and support to clients, guiding them through the purchasing process. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and secure new business opportunities. 7. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as needed. 8. Meet and exceed performance goals related to client retention and revenue generation.
