Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Hempel Group. This is a remote work position based in København, Capital, Denmark. The ideal candidate will be a resilient and hardworking individual with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through regular communication and strategic problem-solving - Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized service and support - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client-specific strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Contribute to the overall growth and success of the client relations department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus, but not required
