Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Maersk Group is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to enhance service offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
