Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bavarian Nordic is seeking a talented and reliable Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client services, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner. 2. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. 4. Develop and maintain client service strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new products or services. 6. Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements or changes to enhance the client experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide support throughout the process.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional client service. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Proficiency in strategic planning and presentation skills. 8. Reliable and dependable work ethic. 9. Must be able to embrace creativity and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
