Job Description:
Hempel Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Provide timely and accurate information on products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and improve services - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills - Ability to confidently present information to clients - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
