Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Coloplast is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address any client issues or concerns. 5. Maintain accurate customer records in our database. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 4. Excellent cooperation and time management skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
