Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

ReSound is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is entry-level, making it perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience or less in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and courteous manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct research and strategic planning to address client needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client input and experiences

Requirements: - 1 year or less of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards helping clients solve problems - Strong research and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
