Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Client Support Assistant at Velux, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of reliability and independence, as you will be working remotely and must be able to manage your workload effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. 6. Assist in training new team members on client support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
