As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for resilient and energetic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for clients - Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team
