Job Description:
ReSound, a leading provider of innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and work remotely in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client support and management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the support and satisfaction of our clients while embodying our values of reliability and passion.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and develop client support team, ensuring that all clients receive a high level of service and satisfaction. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns or issues. 3. Develop and implement client support strategies to improve client retention and engagement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client support initiatives. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements. 6. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to client support team members to foster professional growth and development. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address any escalated issues or requests.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis.
