Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: Nordic Bioscience is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with their inquiries and issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with our products - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding concerns - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on client needs and preferences - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services - Work with the product development team to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
