Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Orsted is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any technical or service-related issues. 4. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in client support processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to think creatively to find solutions. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 5. Motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude. 6. Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools. 7. Prior experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not required.
