Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Biogen Idec is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry is a plus
