Job Description:
The Carlsberg Group is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our remote team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to their issues in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and troubleshoot client problems, providing accurate and efficient resolutions. 4. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7. Reliable and able to manage time effectively. 8. Critical thinking skills to analyze complex client issues. 9. Previous experience in client support or customer service roles. 10. Strong time management skills.
