Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Velux is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Meet or exceed client satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role - Confident and hardworking personality - Strong leadership and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
