Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

DSV Panalpina is seeking a dynamic and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and account management - Conduct research and planning to ensure accurate and timely responses to client requests - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
