Job Description:

Kopenhagen Fur is currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our remote team based in København, Denmark. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills in both Danish and English - Energetic and adaptable personality - Presentation skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
