Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Demant, a global hearing healthcare company based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This is a part-time remote work position ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center roles.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and providing excellent customer service - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Assisting with order processing and tracking - Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups or surveys - Updating customer information in the database - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individuals who are passionate about helping customers - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues - Comfortable with remote work and using various communication tools - Customer service experience preferred - Fluency in Danish and English is required
