Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

DSV Panalpina is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats. This role requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets - Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
