Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Pandora Jewelry. This is a remote work position based in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Entry-Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback on ways to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual with strong analytical skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a team setting - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Comfortable working in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior work experience required
