Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Chr. Hansen Holding is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work position is located in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark, and is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities:


- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat channels - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service strategies - Demonstrating creativity and leadership in problem-solving and decision-making - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience - Working independently in a remote environment to meet and exceed performance goals


Requirements:


- Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting - Creativity and leadership qualities to drive customer care initiatives - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends - Must be passionate about providing top-notch customer care from a remote location
