Job Description:


SANOVO Technology Group is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Care Associate to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Utilize technology tools and resources to improve customer service processes. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and research skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Availability to work part-time hours.
