Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a confident and driven Customer Care Associate to join our team at Hempel Group on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level role, we require candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs. 2. Strong time management and organizational skills. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
