Job Description:
Kvik is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and will require a driven and hardworking individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide regular reports to management on team performance and customer satisfaction levels
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer care role - Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
