Job Description:

Chr. Hansen Holding is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer, working remotely from Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Assist with order processing and invoicing as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent required
