Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Søstrene Grene, a leading retail company based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our remote team. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Analyze customer feedback and data to make improvements to the customer service department - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service management - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software


Personality Traits: - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Hardworking and committed to achieving results


Soft Skills: - Ability to work collaboratively with others - Strong problem-solving abilities
