Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for managing a remote team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a remote team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues or concerns effectively - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer service management role - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
