Phase One is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, and is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company offerings - Assist with customer retention and upselling when opportunities arise
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Experience with remote work preferred
