Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Phase One is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns and questions - Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Fluency in Danish and English is required
