Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

FLSmidth & Co is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis in København, Denmark. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. 5. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly. 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet. 7. Visa sponsorship availability for international applicants.
