Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Widex. This is a remote work opportunity based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Providing product information and technical support to customers 4. Processing orders and returns accurately 5. Providing feedback to the team on customer trends and needs 6. Conducting research to find solutions for customer inquiries 7. Making decisions on resolving customer issues effectively

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills 2. Ability to work independently in a remote setting 3. Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service 4. Reliable and able to meet deadlines 5. Ability to research and problem solve 6. Strong decision-making skills
