Job Description:
Danish Crown is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with sales support and provide product information to customers. 7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Meet and exceed KPIs related to customer service metrics.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. 3. Hardworking attitude with a high level of confidence when dealing with customers. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
