Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Joe & The Juice is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in København, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
