Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Radiometer Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility in working hours and location. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated concerns - Assist with order processing, billing, and shipping logistics as necessary

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
