Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

COWI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and metrics.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of previous experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 4. Confident and reliable personality traits. 5. Adaptability and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
