Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Getinge Group. This is a part-time remote position based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
