DSV Panalpina is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a remote basis in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and logistics for clients. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. 6. Assist with customer feedback analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes. 7. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements: 1. Resilient individual with the ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Demonstrated ability in people management and working collaboratively with teams. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
