Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at GN Store Nord, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers remotely. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via email, phone, or chat - Build strong relationships with customers and act as their advocate within the company - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues - Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their success - Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to better support customers
Requirements: - Driven and reliable with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent time management skills and emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations effectively - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for customer support - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
