We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Bang & Olufsen as a Customer Success Assistant. This is a remote work position based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in customer success and remote work environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers with placing orders - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to offer personalized solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive retention and loyalty - Monitor customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers - Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment - Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and insights - Persuasive in influencing customer decisions and driving desired outcomes - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic understanding of customer relationship management systems and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
